Your website is
ready to review.

Hey Bec! We've built your website and wanted to run you through everything — what's live, what you need to set up, and how to give us feedback. All the links and steps are right here.

Prepared by Elevate Media Consulting  ·  hello@elevatemediaconsulting.net

Step 1 — View Your Sites

Two design directions. You choose.

We've built you two versions of your homepage — same content and pages, different look and feel. Have a good look at both on your phone and computer, then tell us which one feels more like you in the questionnaire below.

WEBSITE A

Dark & Warm

Deep charcoal background, rust & sage accents, moody dramatic feel. Bold and striking.

Open Website A →

All 4 pages are clickable inside — Corporate, Sports & Remedial, Holistic.

WEBSITE B

Light & Airy

Cream & white background, sage as the hero colour, clean and fresh botanical feel.

Open Website B →

Same 4 pages link through — compare the two side by side on your phone.

What to check: Open both on your phone and computer. Click through to the Corporate, Sports & Remedial, and Holistic pages — they're the same across both versions. Just focus on which home page vibe feels more like you. Nothing is final — we can mix and match elements from both.

Step 3 — Feedback

Quick — what do you think?

Five questions — that's it. Tap your answers, hit generate, and we get a summary straight away. Or skip this entirely and just do a voice note (see Voice Feedback section below — honestly that's even better).

📋 Your Feedback Summary

Step 4 — Voice Feedback

Want to talk through it instead?

Typing isn't everyone's thing. You can record a voice note using Claude and we'll turn it into a written summary for you. Here's how:

Using Claude Voice on Your Phone

1️⃣

Open the Claude app on your iPhone or Android. If you don't have it yet, it's free on the App Store or Google Play — just search "Claude by Anthropic".

2️⃣

Tap the microphone icon and speak naturally while you walk through your website on your phone. Tell Claude what you love, what feels off, and anything you'd like changed. Don't worry about being polished — just chat as if you're talking to a friend.

3️⃣

When you're done, type this prompt to Claude:

"Can you please write a short summary of what I just said — what I want changed on my website — so I can email it to my web team at hello@elevatemediaconsulting.net?"
4️⃣

Copy Claude's summary and email it to hello@elevatemediaconsulting.net — or just paste it into the questionnaire above and hit generate!

Step 5 — Contact Form Setup

Setting up your contact form.

Your website has booking/enquiry forms on all four pages. Right now they're connected but waiting for your personal form key. Here's how to get that set up — it's simple and free.

1

Sign up at Web3Forms

Go to web3forms.com and click "Get Started Free". Enter your email address: hello@massagehaus.net. Web3Forms will send you a unique access key.

2

Email Mia your login details

Once you're signed up, email Mia at hello@elevatemediaconsulting.net with your Web3Forms login email and a temporary password. Mia will log in, copy your access key, and put it into the website for you.

💡 Security tip: Use a temporary password you're comfortable sharing — then change it to something private once Mia has copied your key. Your forms will still work fine after you change it.
3

Once Mia has your key — change your password

After Mia confirms she's got what she needs, go back to web3forms.com, log in, and update your password to something only you know. That's it — your forms will be live.

What happens after: Every time someone fills out a contact or booking form on your website, Web3Forms sends the enquiry straight to hello@massagehaus.net. No monthly fees. No coding needed.

Step 6 — Your Domain Name

Buying massagehaus.net

Your website address should be massagehaus.net. The .net extension keeps your personal registration details private — unlike .com.au which requires ABN verification that can be publicly searchable.

Buy it on Cloudflare — everything in one place

We already host your site on Cloudflare Pages, so buy the domain there too. It keeps everything in one account — domain, hosting, DNS — and Cloudflare charges at-cost with zero markup. No upsells, no tricks.

Cost: approx $15–18 AUD per year for a .net domain.

Register massagehaus.net on Cloudflare →
💡 Why Cloudflare? You're already there — your site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Buying the domain in the same account means connecting it is a 2-minute job with no tech knowledge needed. Zero markup on domain pricing, privacy protection included, and no annual surprises.
1

Log in to your Cloudflare account

Go to dash.cloudflare.com and sign in (or create an account if you haven't already — it's free).

2

Search for massagehaus.net

Go to Domain Registration → Register Domains. Search for massagehaus.net and purchase it. Should be under $18 AUD/year.

3

Let Mia know and she'll connect it

Once purchased, email hello@elevatemediaconsulting.net. Mia will link the domain to your Cloudflare Pages site — usually done within a few minutes. Your site will then be live at massagehaus.net.

Step 7 — Business Mailing Address

A business address for ASIC & ABN.

As a business owner working from home, you'll need a registered business address for ASIC (your ABN registration), invoices, and any official business paperwork. Putting your home address on public records isn't great for privacy — so we use a virtual address service instead.

Bustle Studios

Virtual Address — Mia's recommendation

Address: 2/290 Boundary Street, Spring Hill, QLD 4000
What it does: Receives business mail on your behalf
ASIC accepted: Yes — fully legitimate for ABN registration
$20 / month

Mia personally uses this service for Elevate Media Consulting. It keeps your home address off public business records and gives you a proper Brisbane CBD-adjacent address.

Visit Bustle Studios →
💡 How to use it: Sign up with Bustle Studios, then use 2/290 Boundary Street, Spring Hill QLD 4000 as your registered business address on your ABN, ASIC registration, and any business paperwork. If any physical mail arrives, Bustle will notify you.

Step 8 — Mailing List

Staying in touch with your clients.

A mailing list lets you send news, special offers, and updates to people who've opted in to hear from you. It's a great way to stay top of mind and bring clients back. Here are two solid free-to-start options:

⭐ Recommended

MailerLite

Beautiful, simple email marketing. Free up to 1,000 subscribers and 12,000 emails per month. Easy drag-and-drop email builder, automation, and landing pages.

Free (up to 1,000 subs) · Paid from ~$10 AUD/month

→ mailerlite.com

Mailchimp

The most well-known option. Also free to start (up to 500 subscribers). Slightly more complex than MailerLite but very powerful if you want to grow.

Free (up to 500 subs) · Paid from ~$16 AUD/month

→ mailchimp.com
💡 Our pick for you: MailerLite — it's cleaner, easier, and cheaper at the early stage. Start free and only upgrade if you grow past 1,000 subscribers. Set it up with hello@massagehaus.net and link it to a simple sign-up form on your site (we can add this once you're ready).
